"Beautiful property! The kaiseiki meal was top notch, the onsens were beautiful. I just wish the inside baths could have differing temperatures instead of having similar temperatures (would have been nice if one was even hotter). "

We ordered room service and it arrived with a smile and a special treat. The traditional rooms were very clean and were lovely. The hot springs Onsen were great. We had 2 reserved times for our room and enjoyed a private indoor/outdoor experience. "

"This hotel was my favorite out of the 4 we stayed in during our Japan trip. The beds were comfortable, bathroom had all we needed and the balcony gave us the most amazing view in the morning, definitely get a room facing the water and mountain. We could see the Pirate ship as well from our room. I loved that the booking came with buffet meals- fantastic options. I loved our stay in Hakone and this hotel. They even had a feared outdoor foot bath to rest your feet after walking. You could use there onsen or book a private one. So many extras on the property. Just an overall amazing stay during our trip."
