"Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! "This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace."
