"Management made the stay an Island home away from home with a kitchen. Don't let the vacant lots and distance from other guest houses discourage you from staying there. Beautiful place. The daily walk to the beach was not too far and UBER shows up in minutes or less. Definitely clean and secure. They even helped arrange tour pickup and airport transfer. USED PIPA TRANSFER. "Ja havia me hospedado nesse condomínio antes, ele não é novo e precisa de algumas manutenções, mas nda que prejudicasse a experiencia geral da hospedagem. O apartamento não está bem conservado, a bancada esta toda empenada, o box do banheiro trava e não veda bem a água, o ar-condicionado estava bem barulhento, o colchão me pareceu bem gasto e me deu dor nas costas. Fora isso a experiência foi possitiva, a localização na minha opiniao vale o sufoco com os detalhes apontados, é pé na areia,...

"It was my friends bday and o asked for a special BRAZILIAN cake and flowers in his room. Flor (Florencia) was super fast in responding and arranged everything beautifully- even the bed was decorated with flowers a happy bday sign!! Thank you again Flor - you rock! Looking forward to returning."

"First what I liked. The room was spacious (in fact two bedrooms) with a balcony overlooking the ocean that wraps around the unit. Beds were comfortable, the shower was nice too, and free parking was available. Second what I did not like. No toiletries, no blankets, just thin sheets, towels were not great, and the safe did not work (likely for years). Bread was ok, service was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."
