TRULY MAJESTIC
The hotel is very well located near restaurants and shops. Izac at the reception & Emanoel & Eleonor at the breakfast were very attentive & effiecient. I would stay at the Majestic on my next stay

Good business hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. Little things let it down like the complimentary water and teabags in the room not being replenished. Good underground parking. Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff
Beautiful hotel, great location but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team, from the cleaners to the managers were very professional and friendly. In particular, we would like to mention the bellhop Alexandre, who was so genuinely helpful and friendly, it really made it feel welcoming returning to the hotel every day.

Tem somente 2 elevadores dai os funcionarios travam um para fazer serviços de quarto e apenas um fica disponivel, isso foi muito desagradavel. Outro ponto é a piscina, seria melhor o hotel informar que nao tem piscinal pq é quase uma banheira de tao pequena, ninguem usa ela. Outro ponto é sobre o estacionamento, é cobrado a parte, nao achei justo isso.

Hubo una falla con el aire acondicionado. La reporté, no se solucionó. El sistema nunca enfrió a los 22°C y el día que me puse a planchar la ropa, el cuarto se calentó. Como tenia otra reserva, pedi cambio de habitación. Vamos a ver como me va. Por lo demas no hay queja, el desayuno espectacular. El gym, básico pero para mis necesidades bueno.
