"Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. "This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). "Malo por dónde se lo mire, se nota que se quedó en el tiempo, las instalaciones son viejas descuidadas, muchas no funcionan, la cama y sábanas re viejas, el desayuno muy básico, no tienen ni un ventilador en el comedor, tremendo calor cuando se desayuna, lo rescatable es la ubicación que caminando se recorre. Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! "Hubo una falla con el aire acondicionado. La reporté, no se solucionó. El sistema nunca enfrió a los 22°C y el día que me puse a planchar la ropa, el cuarto se calentó. Como tenia otra reserva, pedi cambio de habitación. Vamos a ver como me va. Por lo demas no hay queja, el desayuno espectacular. El gym, básico pero para mis necesidades bueno."
