Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained.

Good - but not amazing
The hotel is nice, but we would have expected more from a 5-star resort. Our room was large, but rather worn. There was a strange smell from the cupboards so we did not put our clothes there. Also the bathroom was average - even the toilet was somewhat loose from the wall. The room safe did not work. No coffee makers in the rooms. If you don’t speak Portuguese be prepared to use google translate - a LOT. Our daughter had been looking forward to using the kids club but this was impossible as no one spoke English. Not a single person working with the kids knew the slightest English. Even some of the receptionists struggled with English so our bookings for dinner for example was mixed up and had to be rescheduled. Hardly anyone in the restaurants / bars spoke any English whatsoever. I find it strange that at a 5-star family resort of this size that English was such an issue. Other than that - pool area was nice and it was good being able to order drinks and snacks by the pool. Although a menu was necessary to point to what we wanted to order.

hôtel très bien géré,personnel a l'écoute et efficace mention spéciale pour Ednilsadu restaurant MareNostrum c'est une perle une attention de tous les instants qui s'est prolongée au restaurant voisin le Tapiro ou les viandes sont un régal, le personnel du petit déjeuner également très a l'écoute peine installés nous avions déjà les yaourt naturels et les sachets de thés noir sur notre table La plage n'était pas en reste avec Erik bref, un excellent séjour merci a vous tous pour ces belles vacances!!!!

Boa tarde, gostei muito do hotel, mas só uma coisa me chamou a atenção. Gosto muito de frutos do mar, mas os canários do hotel não são limpos e isso é falta de higiene na cozinha. Antes de fazer o pedido, perguntei e me disseram que eles não são limpos. Eles só comeram no restaurante mediterrâneo do hotel, onde o vômito estava excelente e os camarões estavam limpos e deliciosos.

Ótima estadia
Ótimo hotel. Via Costeira. Muito grande. Boa estrutura. Estacionamento aberto amplo. Piscinas aquecidas e bar molhado. Quadra. Toalhas de piscina sem custo extra. Sistema de elevadores confuso no início, mas depois se pega o jeito. Sauna. Academia. Lavanderia a parte. São 4 restaurantes: no restaurante Potiguar serve-se o café da manhã e refeições self-service. No restaurante Renato Romagnoni há rodízio de pizzas. No restaurante Tapiro Grill servem-se carnes e massas a la carte. No restaurante Marenostrum servem-se frutos do mar e culinária mediterrânea. No serviço meia pensão a pizzaria foi o meu preferido, massa fina, crocante e há pizzas doces. Não estivemos no de frutos de mar e o de carnes deixou a desejar, cortes pequenos e demorados, muito inferior à qualidade dos restaurantes do Sudeste. O rest. Potiguar é self-service, com comida mediana e ótimas sobremesas à vontade, inclusive sorvetes. Tbm tem bar com tela grande para o futebol. Espaço kids com piscinha infantil com brinquedos, enfim, hotel muito bom e a meia-pensão é um excelente custo-benefício, já que são 4 restaurantes. Possibilidade de late check out mediante disponibilidade e custo extra, o que pode ser mais benéfico do que uma diária a mais, em se tratando de muitos voos noturnos que saem da cidade de madrugada.

É um hotel grande de ótima infraestrutura, muito bem localizado. A praia, em frente, não era muito convidativa por causa das ondas, mas o hotel tinha muitas piscinas, com infraestrutura para recebimento de famílias. Confesso que não gostei da alimentação. De uma maneira geral, grandes hoteis não se destacam pela qualidade da alimentação. É uma questão de logística. O café da manhã era muito bom, diversificado. Experimentei petisco na piscina e achei muito ruim. Além de pouca variedade, a qualidade da fritura era muito ruim..
