Since my arrival at the lobby, the staff was super friendly, kind, and helpful, all the way until the day of my departure—5 stars for everyone. It was an excellent decision to have chosen Wish Hotel.

The resort is excellent. The areas are very clean and pretty. The people are very friendly. The only bad thing is that the pool closes at 6 pm. There is no way to enjoy it because the travel packages to the beaches around arrive at 6 pm or later. There is no way to enjoy the pool.

Absolutely loved the pool, the lobby, the balcony from our room! I found the room big with a hot shower, safe and 2 large beds, large TV. My husband would say the room needed a slight redo in paint, and a bit of cleaning (front door had hand prints, AC vent had chipped paint) etc and I can say I don't disagree. All in all the room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly even to us NY'ers struggling to speak Portuguse. The pool staff, buffet staff, lobby staff were all so friendly. Only gripe for me was: the unavailability of quick sandwiches, salads, etc. Maybe being americans we are used to that... To pick up a quick lunch for the room to enjoy without the formality was almost impossible. You have to go through room service (which is great don't get me wrong, but for every day it's too formal), the buffet or the malta &/or pool service. Room service didn't work for us with the QR code so we had to keep going down to order. They have the room in this expansive resort, would be nice to just grab a drink, sandwich, coffee, or sandwich (for those traveling w/ kids) to go. The resort is about a 10 minute taxi ride at least from the main shopping, eating out area. So, although great that it's far away the convince of quick meals to go wasn't offered. And that is tough for families used to being able to grab a quick bit without room service. But a wonderful stay and lovely resort! We stayed for 8 days. From NY USA. Long flight to get here!!

O hotel è otimo. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. Otima piscina, programação pra adultos e criancas. Os quartos confortaveis. E funcionarios cordiais Algumas coisas poderiam ser melhoradas. Mas nada que comprometa a estadia Existem areas reservadas a a hospedes “especiais” o que e bastante estranho. Os elevadores poderiam ser mais novos. Nao tem servico de praia, e o da piscina, apesar de garcons na maioria muito gentis, sao poucos. E o cardapio limitado.

Acreditamos que a pessoa que fez nosso check-in errou ao nos alocar em um quarto adaptado para PCD, embora não tivéssemos solicitado isso na reserva. No quarto faltavam algumas amenidades comuns como secador de cabelo, penduradores de toalha molhada, etc. Certifique-se de conferir que você recebeu o quarto correto. Por outro lado, o atendimento dos concierges é muito cortês e passam diversas informações sobre o que fazer em Natal. O café da manhã é bom e conta com alguns pratos da culinária local. O jantar foi satisfatório e a cada dia seguia uma temática diferente: americano, italiano, frutos do mar, etc. A vista dos quartos é linda. Por fim, o atendimento dos porteiros e animadores da área da piscina é sempre muito simpático e cortês.
