Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel! "

"Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not...
