"Great location for landmarks, easy walk to lots of train stations. Comfy beds, small but normal rooms. Lots of food options outside. Amenities looking little old, great free alcohol, beer, drinks, ice cream etc. Average breakfast for westerner but large variety. Onsen just outside but nice & massage chairs were appreciated. House keeping staff left dirty towels & rubbish in hallways which isn’t nice to look at. Near a fire station so heard sirens at night, can be busy in lobby & lifts due to...

"Ok spot for the price! Nice lobby but rooms were ok but whole floor we were staying smelled like smoke and front desk didn’t seem to care. Was definitely run by younger generation lots of university kids more of a “party” hotel close to the main city. Bar was closed during our stay so didn’t get to try it! "

"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "

"As it mentioned before, the property is old. The room is cleaned, but the beds and the room are too small for 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child). Very generous in amnesty. Pyjama is provided. Very standard breakfasts are included with free drinks and ice cream. Too much noisy from the road (even at night time). The location is just good. Walkable but not that easy access to station. "

"Staff were very helpful and attentive and friendly. My family and I stayed for the second time in March 2025 and my wife still likes the hotel. Easy 10 min stroll to Shin Osaka station but note that Shin Osaka station can be very confusing if you are not familiar with it. "
