"Very accessible from Matsumoto Station. The hotel was very clean. I especially appreciated the cleaning after 3 nights of stay to be sustainable. The towel bags was a nice feature so we were able to carry the towels to the bath. Breakfast was delicious. There were so many options ranging from Japanese to western. There was something for everyone to eat. The hotel had nice little perks. When we stayed, there was happy hour (free alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and evening snack in the dining...

"Nice modern hotel within easy walking distance to train or bus station. A shuttle bus is also available. Foyer was attractive and we were shown to our room and luggage was carried by staff. "Wonderful stay with a good variety for breakfast. Location is very walkable to public transportation (3 mins), convenience stores, and restaurants. Grocery store is right across the street. Attractions are also close by (15-20 mins. walk). Room was cozy/tight with a little space for carry-on luggage. Beds have an extra firm mattress. Check-in/out was easy with friendly and polite staff available to greet and assist. "
