"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"古い歴史のある鹿教湯温泉にある宿です。上田と松本の中間にあるので、上田を観光し、次の日に松本を周るにはちょうどいい場所にあります。車がないと不便ですが、外人がいなく、静かに過ごせます。内湯、外湯があり、ゆったりできます。夕朝ともにバイキングで品数多く美味しいです。カーナビで電話番号が使えないので、近くの施設に設定しました。 "
