"The location to broadway was close and walking distance. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. When we checked out, we didn’t realize we left clothing in the closet. We were able to contact the hotel and they provided a website to report our items lost/left behind. It was quick and simple. Within a few days they were able to find our items and have them shipped back to us. This service is appreciated and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Nashville. "

"People were friendly. Charged us before we ever arrived and included the parking fee. Not sure what would have happened if we would have used a ride-share service to get there. Hotel is being renovated. Room was very nice and very large. Beds were alright, pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, but they used powdered eggs. Would stay here again. Great location. "
