"Great little house for our winter getaway. Beds were a bit firm for me and the wife kids had no problems with them. That was our only gripe and it’s just a personal preference. Didn’t put a damper on our stay though as it was nothing a hot shower in the morning couldn’t take care of. Quaint little house in a quiet neighborhood."

"This was the perfect property for our week-long Lake Shasta/Redding area stay. The yard was perfect for our two dogs. The home is nicely updated, and the main bedroom mattress was great; it was not too firm or soft. The home is between two dental businesses, and there were never any issues with traffic or noise. "The home was very inviting and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spacious. I appreciated that the hosts were generous with their disposals such as paper towels and toilet paper - it just doesn’t feel like vacation if you have to go buy TP. I asked the host a question shortly after arrival and she answered promptly and then checked to make sure I received her reply. As we visited in February the weather was raining...

"Over all plenty of space. Lots of blankets and extra towels. Nice spot to drink coffee outside in the morning. To help with another stay. You need some big measuring bowls, spachula, brownie pan, peeler, cutting board one was falling apart,foil, Tupperware, wire bbq cleaner. These are just a few things we needed during our stay. "We had a great time at this home and it was perfect for our needs. We just wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway after all the holiday festivities and we wanted to be able to drive up to the Mt. Shasta area, which was about an hour away. The home itself was in a calm and quiet neighborhood, it was large and spacious for 5 people and a small dog. It was raining that weekend, so we didn't get to spend as much time in the backyard as we would have liked, but during the summer I'm sure the pool...
