"We liked the convenience to everything in the Taupo area. We also liked our room facilities and the comfortable bed and pillows. We were meant to take a snapshot of what type of mattress it was and who makes it so we could buy one just like it but we forgot to do it"

This hotel is used as a WYNNs hotel we have found out since and at the time we were staying there we could not park our car outside due to visitors cars. police were called to a unit opposite ours due to family issues. windows were broken and a lot of noise. Felt unsafe for my family. The staff tried their best but honestly this should not be an accommodation attached to Hotel.com"
