"We had a great 3 day stay here! The views were amazing and we watched the sunset comfortably from the living room. It would've been nice to be able to open windows and hear the ocean as well, but that's minor. There was plenty of space to spread out, prep food, eat together, etc. We didnt get to use the grill or firepit, but that looked like a fun place to relax. We were close to so much and traveled to/from comfortably. We took some nice walks along the beach path, just steps outside the home....

"Had a great time staying at this property. The house is walking distance to a grocery store and a great donut shop. The Monterey Bay Aquarium was just a short drive away. "I stayed here over President’s Day weekend with my husband and our two kids (12 and 8), and my cousin, her partner and her son (4). The kids loved the beach which is right in front of the property accessed by a short walkway- it is not swimmable but they loved dipping their feet, playing in the sand and flying a kite that was at the house. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property included all necessary amenities and several small touches that made our stay with smaller children easier. We loved taking walks along the ocean trail and watching the wildlife from the windows. On a particularly warm evening, the sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep with the windows open. I was a bit worried about close from the road, but it was minimal and not disruptive at all."

"We spent three nights here. Fabulous place! Great location near downtown PG and Lovers Point area. Gas fireplace really kicked out the heat. Nice flat screen TV-we watched the Super Bowl. Direct gas line for the Weber grill worked well. We did not use the dry sauna but did use the hot tub quite a bit. The crows nest up on the roof was incredible. "The house is nice and comfortable. Great communication with the owners. The view is insane. Nothing better than to spend time outside with a glass of wine enjoying the view. Overall wonderful stay. Some things to note - downstairs is rented separately and you can see and hear people while you are out on the patio - not a big deal but we didn’t realize that the cottage mentioned is the lower level of the same house with separate entrance. "We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!"
