Very scenic location above the main part of town, and easy access. Particularly enjoyed the courtyard dining table. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave, and hardly anything in Carmel has air conditioning, so it was hot in the house. Supplied fans helped. The house is a little dated but the view and location makes this house very special. We gathered around the fire pit outside and loved our walk to the beach. The kitchen was super convenient.
