"We only see each other at weddings and wanted to get together for a longer time (without children because it's impossible to arrange it with my grand children whose ages range from 8-29. This requires accommodating spouses or older children). We had a great time. Ashville was great to walk around and has good restaurants. We spent a day visiting the Smoky Mountain National park, and a day at the Biltmore. The SunnySide was great, perfect for us. Close to downtown and easy to get to."

"Just got back from spending two nights at this property with a group of friends. The rooms are massive!! Everyone loved the hot tub and the horses were adorable. The place was very clean and the host was great with being accommodating and attentive. The place also is labeled to make the adjustment of a new house even easier! We had the best time!!"

"Graciano hosted our annual golf trip for 12 gentlemen. Everything was exactly as described and accommodated our group well. No negatives whatsoever. "The place is nice, cozy, and quiet, boasting stunning Mountain View’s in a a great location 15mins drive from Asheville downtown. The host was outstanding, always available to answer any questions promptly. The house is well-maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Notably, the fireplace was thoughtfully stocked with firewood, which was carefully covered to protect it from the rain. I highly recommend this place!"

"Great home. Clean! New! Perfect for our family. The bedrooms were big and comfy. The area was quiet and perfect for families. We went to Biltmore, we had a lacrosse tournament at two different sports facilities - everything is within 20 minutes away. The immediate area is really nice. There is a little village at the bottom of the hill, but its kinda empty. It does have a great pub style restaurant that we ate at multiple times. We would definately book this villa again. "Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and back porch were really nice. I will definitely stay at Little Sparrow next time I am in Asheville."

"We loved our stay here - the place was sparkling clean when we arrived and was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have two dedicated parking spots, and the location was very convenient. We could easily walk down to Light Side coffee and Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville was a short drive away.
