"Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!"

"I loved the location of this rental. My main concern was parking but we were able to park across the street without a problem. One thing to note is that it is just a kitchenette set up. So, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. We enjoyed the hot tub, the spacious bathroom and the view from the patio!"

"We absolutely loved our time at May Acres Cottage. It was the perfect location for us to explore the parkway, visit friends in Asheville and a quick trip away to a family wedding! The cottage was spotless and was equipped with everything We could have needed. Julie and Tim were wonderful hosts! "

"We enjoyed every minute very quiet and the house is totally updated and beautiful. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Would eat at Juicy Lucy's every day which is only a couple of blocks away. Biltmore 4 min down the road."

Main living space is about 800 sq ft. The loft is about 300 sq ft.

"Quaint place, very clean, everything was labeled and easy to find …the charging stations were a bonus as we forgot one of our phone chargers thx!! "

"Property is just as described. Very clean. Very quiet."

"It is a spacious studio with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The shower is amazing and parking was safe and convenient. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and quiet. The only issue we had upon our arrival was a problem with gaining access to the unit via the keyless entry door lock. Luckily, the owner's arrived right on time to help us get in. They were very friendly and helpful as the issue was resolved. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again."

"The property is much better than in the photos. The appointments are very nice, right down to the framed photo in the bathroom. The most striking thing is how warm and comfortable it feels once you are inside. Convenient location for everything there is to see and do in Ashville. Jason, the owner is very good at communicating with you and tries to accommodate all your requests. The additional space serving as an office with a wonderful day bed was a pleasant surprise. "We enjoyed our vintage airstream experience at Asheville River Cabins. The setting right on the French Broad River is magnificent! The only disappointment was that the vintage airstream smells of cigarettes, although I got accustomed to it once inside, with the help of an aromatherapy spray. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable, and the kitchen had nice dishes and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our French press coffee every morning. "
