"This bed and breakfast was beautiful. The rooms were well appointed and so comfortable and roomy and cozy with a working small gas period fireplace. The breakfast service was so unique. We had a private table in the foyer with a fireplace. The breakfast was beautiful and so tasty. Our hostess was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and very pleasant and she served a scrumptious breakfast! We will definitely be returning for a longer stay! "

"We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."

"Paul, the innkeeper, is super nice and helpful. The Mansion is beautiful and well appointed for modern times. The four course breakfast was awedsome. The mansion is up on a hill away from Downtown Asheville. If you like to relax in your room, this is a great option. I am more of a explorer while traveling so coming home after 10PM was challenging since the parking lot is dark."
