"Had a late flight so chose based on proximity to airport. When I arrived at 11 PM there were no parking spots. Front desk was somewhat condescending when I asked about other parking options and said they were “booked”. I replied that I did have a reservation and what are my options for parking. He said none. Fortunately after circling the building a couple of times a couple of spots opened up from people who were returning from flights and had parked at the hotel. Otherwise everything was great. "

"Staff was wonderful and customer service was excellent. Housekeeping staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Biltmore village was still being restored following Hurricane Helene, sad to see. However, there will be more stops and restaurants closer than downtown when restoration is complete. Downtown was very convenient and only 10 minutes away. Loved our stay at Baymont and would stay here again in the future. "

"It is an older motel but well kept. We've stayed there before. They have one of the better breakfasts of the motels we have stayed at. It's clean, well stocked, close to a couple eating establishments. The only downside this trip was the TV not working when we woke up in the morning. It wasn't working any where in the motel. They were working on it. No problems here."
