"A bit run down place in the forrest. The biggest minus was that there were no A/C or even fan in the room, making it difficult to sleep. The mattresses were hard and the shower had now water pressure. The breakfast was so poor that I would not call it a breakfast. We had booked for three nights but left after the first mainly due to the lack of A/C. There are some good things about this location, if you are willing to look through the fingers on the above. Fantastic all-round

"Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "

"This is a beautiful hotel, easily accessed by one of the portals to the city. There is limited parking available on site. The lobby and breakfast area are lovely, Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the family rooms and it was large, comfortable, well decorated, quiet, and a short walk from the main hotel. We used the bikes cycling on the city walls; it was super convenient to have those on site. I would highly recommend this hotel for families."
