"This luxury property is located on a hill in the Tuscan countryside, accessible via a windind road so its not walkable or convenient to anything else. But the incredible views, scenery and indoor spa made up for that. Its the only 4/5 star hotel near San Gimigiano i could find and the front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good."

However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise. "
