"A bit run down place in the forrest. The biggest minus was that there were no A/C or even fan in the room, making it difficult to sleep. The mattresses were hard and the shower had now water pressure. The breakfast was so poor that I would not call it a breakfast. We had booked for three nights but left after the first mainly due to the lack of A/C. There are some good things about this location, if you are willing to look through the fingers on the above. "Perfect location a couple of minutes walk to Tower of Pisa/ square of miracles. Loved the hotels roof top terrace to watch sunset over Tower and square. Lovely breakfast (fresh warm pastries!) and comfortable room. Check in and out was straight forwards, polite staff. We managed to walk to the airport in about 40 mins. Pisa Centrale station was also easily accessible by walking. Thank you!"
