It sits beside a nice piazza, right by the train station and at the end of a wonderful shopping street with the best of international and local shopping options. "Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "
