"This is a perfectly lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and they offer snacks and a decent breakfast with meats,cheeses, cereal and pancakes. And espresso. There are some stairs but not bad and it’s only 2 small blocks outside the gates of Lucca. The mattress was lumpy but otherwise great heat and nice and roomy. It is a very good value. "

The rest, the details that make a good night sleep, a great shower, are cheap , tacky or simply put in place with their price in mind, not the customer's comfort. First night, we barely slept.
