"This is the most amazing experience. We spent 5 days here. It is a little family run Agriturismo that is exactly what it states. No frills, but living as an Italian farming family would. Lovely pool on site which was a great bonus. The meals are fantastic, home cooked and very affordable. We will definitely rerun with our family for another stay! LOVED IT!!"

"Great Staff, good continental breakfast options. Property is associated w/ a good small winery. Location is down a gravel farm road for about 1/3 of a mile from the local paved road. It's not a big deal, just be aware. There is ample parking in a gravel lot. Lots of good outdoor covered space but unfortunately during our 3 day stay, it was rainy. the view across the valley is San Gimignano. We found it a good base for driving the Tuscany region. "We needed a place to stay in or near Vinci for the night before our 3 week stay in a nearby villa began. Il Piastrino looked lovely and was VERY well priced. And it was exceptionally nice—from the spacious, charming rooms (surprise—we had a kitchen), the delicious breakfast, to the warm and welcoming staff. We arrived very late toward the end of a busy pris fixe am fresco dinner service but we were settled in and set at ease. And yes, we returned a few days later for the al fresco dining. Wow....

"Beautiful Villa property in Tuscany divided into apartments. This is a working winery. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host Ilaria was very pleasant and helpful. The views were spectacular. We had a gorgeous sunset from our window. It was peaceful and quiet. I could have stayed here a long time. Very convenient to drive to Empoli (15 min) and take the train to Florence. I would love to stay here again"

"The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast....

"This is the sweetest place we have ever stayed. We did not want to leave. Stefania is amazing. She got us reservations at the perfect restaurant up the hill. She is wonderful to work with. The bed was incredibly comfortable which is so important. The back yard is perfect for watching the sunset. The views are as advertised. Thank you, Stefania for making our time so memorable."

"Adorable property ( wish we could have stayed longer). Situated in gorgeous hills, quiet place. You really need a car or transportation to get here however. Out room was located on level one no elevator so up one flight of stairs. There is a washer and dryer available however they are more for staff use so you may need to wait a bit to use them. Breakfast was available for about 13 euro per person and to us it was well worth it. The restaurant where breakfast is served is upstairs so anyone...

"This was a relaxing 7 day stay in the Tuscan countryside after touring Venice, Verona, Lake Como, Milan, and Cinque Terre. Since it was mid-October our party of 4 (in 2 apartments) had the place to ourselves. Our host Ilaria was most gracious and helpful in giving suggestions re restaurants, markets to visit, train rides. The apartments were updated country homes that were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Since these are older homes, they tended to be dark inside. Otherwise the view of the...
