Hotel room and amenities are excellent but really is the hotel staff who make our travel experience complete. Particularly the spa and reception desk and the rest of staff from luggage handling and the ground floor personnel who help with our taxi cab arrival. "One of the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at! I was greeted at the door and then told to sit and wait for available staff to help check us in even though there were 2 people opened for the aid. I watched someone else come in after us go up to them and asked to be checked in. I don’t know why I was sat down. Regardless, the hotel itself was spacious, clean, and conveniently attached to a mall so we did not have to go far to shop and eat. There was also a water show in the mall, which was cool. I only stayed 1 night so I can’t say too much about it, but this place was a good stop for us. Especially with our large luggage. Finding the hotel was a little confusing as the pathway leading to the hotel is a sharp turn from the train station exit. We walked a little further up and didn’t realize that. We turned around and saw the building from the other side and just tried following it instead. "
