Staff was friendly. Breakfast was covered each morning which was nice. Lots of free amenities. Rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but I'm sure most hotels are similar in Japan. Close to lots of shopping areas and transportation.

We have stayed at the Hotel Oriental Express hotel at Tenjin and this is basically more or less the same as that one except the rooms are a bit smaller. The location is very convenient which is only a short walk from the Nakasu-Kawabata station. There are also shopping close by like the Kawabata Dori and Donki, and it is actually within walking distance to Canal City as well. For the price we paid, I think this was good value

2024年12月に3泊。立地は中洲川端駅と呉服町の中間。そもそも建坪が狭いので部屋も狭めで、特に洗面所兼脱衣所が狭く、シャワーのみでバスタブがない。朝食は1階のロビーが会場になる。インバウンドが回復したせいか、休日前のレートが6万円超。ふだんは1万円を切るのに、これはいただけない。

這間酒店之前住過一次，感覺性價比還好 這一次住的房間差不多價錢，但竟然比上一次更大還乾濕分離 今次酒店已經全自動化check in,預早已經用email發送check in QR code來,整件事都算流暢 酒店位置不算最好也不算壞，在兩個鐵路站中間，連同運河城在內三個地方都是步行10分鐘以內的路程，要搬運行李就不方便，但如果純粹出入沒有提重物又算可以接受
