The room was clean except the funny smell in the bathroom, probably because the bathroom fan was not working. The breakfast was great. And it’s so close to Hakata Station.

Great location. Next to a train and bus station. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance from tourist attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommended.

This hotel is just ok- it's lobby is pretty, the onsen is nice but the rooms are smaller than average. Also the elevator is extremely dangerous- my daughter was badly bruised when the doors slammed on her as she stepped in after me. This had also happened to others we talked to. They need to be set to give more time or a sensor or something.

If you are sensitive to noise then you can hear the train during night even with the blockout solid blind. Ordering Taxi can be an issue during peak time and raining days. The reception couldn't get a taxi and we needed to use UBER and waited for 23mins. So please plan earlier if peak hours.

All furnitures in twin room are old and broken, toilet carpet is wet and old . Room is too small for 2 person with 3 suitcases . Location is just convince for go to bus terminal only ans hotel staffs are too cool.

Convenient location
Hotel is just a few minutes walk to the JR Hakata station, with lots of shopping malls and food outlets. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Hotel has a really nice lobby and rest area. Did not have time to use the free onsen. Good Japanese breakfast.

Great Location
Great location, across from Hakata Station, large station with access to local buses, metro, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Tochoji Temple, Kushida Shrine, Canal City, among other. Easy local metro ride to Maizuru Park, Ohori Park, Fukuoka Tower, Momochi Beach and Fukuoka City Museum. Very clean and confortable rooms, convenience store in property.
