"Overall, a very good hotel in a great location across from the main train station and within walking distance to old Hakata town/neighborhoods with many temples. Also, close to many dining and shopping places. Hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable with great service. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"因為我哋提早咗一日出發，臨時喺上飛機前先search酒店，見到呢個品牌同評價都唔錯，而且價額相宜，見到只剩最後一間房就即時訂嚟試吓住三晚！去到check-in時先發現原來係smoking room（但我哋係非吸煙者），但因為已經full咗無計，唯有照住！好彩一入房間都唔太覺有煙味（本人對煙味係好敏感），只係第二晚一入房最真係聞到少少煙味（可能係隔離房），但第三晚又完全無曬啲味！除咗呢方面之外，呢間酒店真係幾值得再次入住，房間唔係大但亦夠空間走動，而酒店後面就係櫛田神社，距離地下鐵站只係幾公鐘路程，如果係早出晚歸嘅就真係住得過！"

"Overall, my experience was great here. The location is walking distance for major shopping zones, public transportation, and local yatai hubs. The staff were super friendly, and helpful. The room amenities were great. I was doing the diamond tour of Japan as a first time visitor. So, I went from Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and finally to Fukuoka. It was only at Tokyu Stay that my room gave me access to a microwave, and laundry machine. This helps alleviate the burden of having to take care of these daily action items while on vacation. With such easy access to such amenities, you get to get back to enjoying your vacation that much faster. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend/family member? Definitely. "A very nice hotel. Room is not very big but somehow felt spacious, especially comparing with topical Japanese hotel rooms. The front deck lady was super nice and helpful. Breakfast has high rating, but I found was OK. Love the lobby and the wall paper in the room, which make the hotel special."

"Love love love Tokyo stay and this one doesn’t disappoint. People complain about it being a short walk from the train station but seriously it’s still close. Just past a park and lots of combini near by. The rooms is so comfortable. You can get out of bed on either side. Of course the laundry machine is the highlight. They provide detergent and all instructions. They offer bag storage and overall it’s very easy and comfortable to stay there. I’d highly recommend it over something like an APA. Great fridge and microwave in the room also helpful. "
