"This was a very spacious room. It had a decent size fridge and a microwave. Plenty of space for luggage. The beds were on the firm side which doesn’t bother me. I would have loved softer pillows, that’s really my only complaint. It was a $7-$8 Lyft to Disneyland. Starbucks is on the corner with Taco Bell and there’s a Shakey’s pizza a short walk away. I would stay here again for the price. "

"It’s been our 3rd or 4th time at the Tides. We love this unique vintage and affordable hotel. It’s well within walking distance to the beach, Heisler Park and many restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We’ve never had issues with parking and the rooms are spotless clean. Until next time!"

"I have to say that this small motel is a hidden treasure. The rooms are always super clean upon check in and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The place itself is peaceful since it’s in a slightly residential area which definitely makes it nicer than the others closer to Disneyland of which this place is minutes away from. "
