"Beautiful hotel, room was spacious, clean, very comfy beds. We stayed on 34th floor with 4 XL twin beds, crip linens. Great service, good breakfast selection. For Transportation Osaka station mins away and takes you everywhere. Shopping places everywhere within walking distance. Best place to stay. "

"Was a nice hotel, near the palace. The other main attractions were a train away (train station 7-8 min walk). Super laid back area by the palace and river. Pool was nice, breakfast as well, executive level on top floor had nice options. Liked my stay here overall. Only downside mentions: I stayed on19th floor and my room’s AC was horrendous, hotel had to bring a fan. Made nights hot and uncomfortable, also wife and I could have sworn our king bed was actually a queen but hotel confirmed it was in fact a king. Maybe future guests will see what we mean. Anyways cheers!"

"Finally after 2 weeks in Japan in the uncomfiest beds this hotel had the comfiest beds. I will absolutely stay here anytime I'm back. The rooftop spa is incredible after 2 weeks of walking more than you ever have. Beautiful property gorgeous views all the employees were so nice. Room is good size shower was great. Location is right across from a subway station. There's a lawson below the hotel for all the snacks and drinks you need. This was my highlight hotel of the trip. The area is a little businessey less touristy I found the quietness nice after dealing with large crowds for 2 weeks. I will reiterate the spa at the top is incredible. The gym is really nice as well. "

"A beautiful sprawling hotel lobby greets you. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Plenty of choice for restaurants in the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. Only disappoint was the noise that leaked through from the room above. The location is 10 minutes from Osaka Castle. Its well served by Metro stops. "
