"We like the location, the choice of breakfast is great. But above all is the staff. Everyone of them are responsive ,attentive and really make sure that customer stay is relaxed and enjoyable. Our stay was great dispite some minor disruption, however all of the team respoded in a posotive way even the actual owner of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. "This place is so chic, great place to stay in Lisboa and is closed to everything! Breakfast is included and is very complete, with a piano playing during the breakfast time. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are amazingly clean! The decor is impeccable extra chic and the balcony is breathtaking! I think the reviews and photos in the page dont make justice for this place! The only kind of negative review is that the place do not have elevator, so if you cant go up the stairs it will be a bit hard to stay here! But other than that is a must! Many restaurants options near by, metro Baixa-Chiado is very close, many shops around hotel…loved it!"
