"Stunning decor, great location and excellent customer service. Allan at front desk was outstanding! We arrived shortly before the spa was closing but he ushered us there so we could enjoy it as we were only there one night. We were also greeted with welcome wine and a cheese and olive board. Those details are so appreciated. Our room was quiet, clean and beautiful. Highly recommend! "

"This is an amazing hotel with excellent staff. It is in a very noisy section of the city however, so if you need peace and quiet, this may not be the hotel for you. At least request not to have your room face the alleyway or the front of the hotel. Take the free wine class. Breakfast was amazing! "

"Great little hotel in a great location. Rooms are small but very functional. It is on a busy road lined with bars and restaurants, so it is loud at night. We did not mind, as we went in November but might be something to keep in mind if you are visiting in the summer months. The hotel is opposite the funicular de Bica and we loved walking up to barrio alto every night for a little stroll. The metro is like 5 minutes away and you can walk to the center in like 10-15 minutes. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great."

"The staff are very helpful. Our apartment was very clean. It is a good location for access to transit. It does get noisy at night but the air conditioning drowns it out. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"Everything was amazing! ALL of the staff who worked here were just wonderful - so kind and helpful and welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. We felt welcomed, we felt safe, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is the perfect location, breakfast was 10/10 and we absolutely loved our room. Literally nothing to find fault with at all. I just wish we could have stayed for longer! "

"Excellent hotel, clean and tidy. Staff were also excellent and very helpful every time we interacted. The room was very spacious and the wet room was great. A little bit noisy from the night clubs and bars in the streets nearby but, with the windows closed it was not too intrusive, maybe more of an issue in the summer months. We did book a room with a river view and paid more for this however, the river could only be viewed if you leaned out of the window. We would happily go back to the hotel as staff and room made up for the few short comings. Lots to see around, plenty of options for food and shopping and close to buses, trains, trams and the Metro. "

"Exceptionally clean and spacious, uncomfortable sofa bed and quite a complicated access procedure, involved downloading apps entering all guest and passport details to get an access key that did t work from the app, but overall great location "
