Hotel was very walkable and subway access was very easy. Good food options nearby. Very busy part of town but hotel was quiet. Enjoyed the water dispensing fountain. "The front desk staff was considerate and extremely helpful. Cleaning staff was pleasant and most helpful. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming. They made our stay exceptional even though the property and room themselves were mediocre. But they have a self-serve laundry facility which made things so much easier. And being so close to convenience stores, public transportation and leads of choices for dining, it was a really great stay for us all round."

"Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover."
