"This is the trickiest mountain road I’ve ever driven. 180° turns that go up at 90° angles, but the chalet is worth the drive. The only thing it needs is comfortable living room furniture. Dealing with Darlene is a delight. Highly recommend."

"One of the cleanest, best stocked VRBO's I've ever stayed in. Quick communications with owner. They even had decorated with a Christmas tree :) The only warning I'd give is that you have a large vehicle (like a Suburban), the road these chalets are on would be challenging! The road is very narrow with switchbacks."

We enjoyed the walk into town - just about a mile to the nearest brewery, though we took Ubers home. Overall a great stay and perfect for our purposes."

"The informational packet provided by the hosts was extremely helpful and very thorough, and even provided recommendations for places to visit. We only had one minor issue during our stay which we were able to communicate to the hosts to resolve. The kitchen in the cabin had anything we could possibly need and we were able to easily cook multiple meals after visiting the nearby Ingles. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend this location to anyone looking for somewhere central to stay...
