"It is a lovely, secluded property that could accommodate us all. It was well-appointed, including everything one might need. Check in and check out were easy, and the host responds quickly. I specifically looked for a property with a pool and this is listed with a pool--it actually has a small cool/cold spring-fed "hole" (maybe 7'x7')--if you go in, I recommend shoes, the silt is a little unnerving. "

"We enjoyed the easy access to the highway. There were plenty of dishes and pans to cook meals. The grocery store is only 8 minutes away. Also, the porch right off the kitchen was nice for enjoying the sun and morning coffee. There were several board game options for evening activities. Two things to note for planning a stay at this home are there is not a dishwasher and the pull out couch is made out of assembling couch cushions, so it is not a sleeper sofa. "

"This is the most beautifully appointed, well maintained, clean home we have ever had the pleasure to vacation in. It’s simply gorgeous! The care that has gone into this home is truly amazing. "It was just my girl and I for her bday weekend. It was a perfect spot, with a great location. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking necessities, not to mention the fresh eggs they left for us. It was a very homely environment, we enjoyed it so much. "

"A few guys and I were in town working on the storm debris cleanup. We were able to contact Angie, the property owner, and meet with her. We needed to make sure that it met our needs as we would need to rent for two weeks. They showed us the property and it was perfect. With the long rental, they made sure everything was stocked that we needed for the whole time. They found out it was my birthday and dropped off a cookie cake and a balloon. "Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other. House was so lovely, owner was very accommodating. Anytime I had a question. I texted him personally. He responded very quickly. I highly recommend this house. We will come back."
