"Our stay in this cozy on-suite apartment was overall wonderful! The amenities were exactly as listed and then some! What was really awesome was the filtered water cooler/station available just for us. The listing itself does not say the room is "sound proof", but there is one poor review that the host responded to (rightfully so, that review was BS) and he/she state the following: "The attached door that separates us from the rest of the home is actually sealed off and sound...

"We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!"
