"The host and Vrbo were great. It was in a great location to get to downtown. The only thing is the roads and parking are a bit tough. I would make sure you have a smaller vehicle and everyone staying can fit in one car otherwise you will need to find alternative parking. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"The cottage porch looks out into a well-maintained garden featuring various types of lily in addition to other flowers, shrubs, and trees. After day trips to the trails and tubing of Bryson City (~1 hr) and to Asheville for wandering or running, just sitting in a mosquito-free chair+foot rest and sipping a drink while looking at this vista was perfect!"

"We’re a family that normally heads to the beach for summer vacation, but we decided to explore the mountains instead. This was our first time in Brevard, and we were all pleasantly surprised. "Both the upper and lower units were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and beautiful, just minutes from downtown Asheville. There were thoughtful amenities for pets including dog treats and beds, and delicious cookies for human guests!"

"Pictures do not do this property justice...lovely furnishings and tasteful decor. Well supplied. You can literally just bring your toothbrush and change of clothes! "Plenty of room for the 4 of us who wanted to go fishing near by and just relax and enjoy the mountains. We really appreciated the host taking the time to meet us at check in and give a tour of the Chalet. It made us feel like he wanted to ensure our stay was pleasant. He gave ideas of where to eat and where to vist. When we did have a question he repsonded promptly. The property itself was very cozy and comfortable. We would definitely go back again! :-)"
