"I booked this hotel last minute and was originally supposed to arrive after 7 pm, but due to stopping on the road to watch the beautiful stars, we ended up arriving after 11 pm. The staff was very attentive and waited for us, even sending a message to check if we were still coming. I liked the concept of paying upon arrival. "It's a mom and pop place, clean and comfortable. Right across the historical site, upper and lower terraces with beautiful views. A privet room at upper terrace. "

"Well located and comfortable. We really loved our stay, the owner is really nice and helped us with so much things. Big balcony with a support where you can dry your clothes. 2 min from the fort and lots of restaurants in the area. Also we arrived with an early flights and he let us check in earlier very appreciated. "

"We wished we never booked with this hotel whilst we was in Wadi Rum and would not recommend it. If we looked on tripadvisor beforehand and saw the reviews, it was the same experience we received and never would have gone ahead with the booking. The check in was an absolute mess. We got confirmation from Expedia and homeaway that the meeting point was at the wadi rum visitor centre. This isn’t the case and for future travellers it’s at a petrol station.
