"We booked family suite but was only told that the room was not ready for us on our arrival so we had no choice to stay in a smaller room. Rooms were not ready for the three of us neither. Some door knobs/ hangers need to be fixed. Other then that good location and good stay here."

"Perfect little spot for our stay in canakkale. Our room was just a double bed and small bathroom ensuite but it suited us fine. "We arrived to a room that looked like it had been cleaned some time ago, the pillow had a dead bug on it and the floor looked to have dirt on it. We also found a big on one of our towels. The room was small and mattress did not feel good quality. We complained and the staff showed us alternative rooms which also had dirty floors like as if they had not been hoovered. "This small family-operated hotel is a gem. The furnishings are minimalistic but comfortable. The place is spotlessly clean. The new building’s handsome architecture is thoughtfully designed to echo the experience of visiting an archaeological site. If I lived in Serchuk, I would make every effort to befriend the property owners. "
