Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, making me feel completely at home throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Asad at Café Nadia,an exceptionally humble and professional young man who went out of his way to make our experience memorable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The in-house restaurants were world-class, truly deserving of 5 Michelin stars. The Dum Pukht and Bukhara restaurants, in particular, are absolute must-tries for anyone who appreciates fine cuisine. Everything from the meats to the desserts was top quality and clearly prepared with care and skill. Even the small touches made a big difference—like the taxis arranged by the hotel offering complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
