"The restaurant bartenders were great. Room was spacious with decent air conditioning. Walkable to food and sites. Had to request multiple times that they refill the mini fridge. We also had issues with are room card keys. "

The Hotel del Casco is located walking distance from the center of San Isidro and just a block away from the cathedral as well as the plaza where there is a market selling handicrafts on Sundays. WiFi available in room but not useable (slow and spotty. Had to go to lobby to use WiFi. This would be my biggest complaint. No noise insulation.
