"We arrived at 04.00 H the first room we were given Room 108 was noisy, the wallpaper and paint was damaged and there was 2.5 inches cockroach in the bathroom stack at a dirty shower curtain the following they offered another room 208 I couldn't believe the state of the room again paper and paint coming off floor well damage very dark finally I was offered room 502 just about acceptable it was also dirty."

"Well located for most things, or a short taxi ride away. Quiet on upper floors, breakfast decent. Generally a comfortable place, though needs a bit of an upgrade. The 2nd time I stayed here the window in the room was damaged so had to move rooms. Sockets for electrics needed replacing. Would still recommend."

We loved the location as well, right by Plaza Mayor, and enjoyed walking from the hotel to restaurants, tango lessons, shows, and milongas. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. "
