"Other than over a hundred bucks damage deposit per night I have no issues. For 3 nights they withheld four hundred!!! Everywhere in the world deposit is around two hundred per stay, not per night!!! 😠 Also I searched for hotels with shuttle to justify such high hotel cost and try to save money. They had shuttle listed as an offered amenity but when I landed and called them, they said they don’t offer shuttle! ?????? My roommate arrived and departed at a different time so we both had to pay twenty five each way, resulting in over an hundred of additional fees we didn’t plan for. Hotel is spread out with a lot of walking, never got to see the mermaid show or the second floor pool because of lack of information about them and hard to find. Ask questions, the staff doesn’t tell you up front. I saw the flyer with the map on their front desk on my way out to the airport 🙁 Other than that hotel is clean, views are beautiful all around. I wish they have a balcony. The back pool is heated, a bit too hot if you ask me. Felt like a hot tub. But not too chlorinated, which was nice. Private access to the beach was a plus too."
