"This was our second time staying at the Gates in Miami Beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We love the modern "vintagey" aesthetic. Always clean and we appreciated the water refill station that was available to guests."

"Eden Roc was a great place to stay right on the beach. The pools were beautiful and the room with balcony was amazing. House keeping and check in staff were not 5 stars, not overly friendly or very welcoming for that fact. Coming from Australia, a simple request for some property directions as we arrived too early to check in, the staff did not want to assist referring me to concierge desk which was not manned as it was likely too early also. So yes the hotel is great, staff average. The hotel building is shared with Nobu hotel which was a bit confusing also. Nothing is explained you are left to work everything out yourself. "

"We wanted to stay by South Beach prior to going on a cruise. Location was good, room was very clean. We did eat/drink at attached Naked Taco, but didn’t use other facilities. "
