"This hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff were very welcoming and obliging. Rooms were very nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generous in size. The area is safe and fairly quiet considering it is close to a main road. There are a couple of fast food restaurants close by and a 24-hour supermarket. The only drawback is the hotel is not really close to anything but it was easy and inexpensive to order Ubers. This hotel does come highly recommended because it was so clean and the service was excellent."

"We loved our stay in this hotel. All the amenities arr impeccable. Location is superb - there is masjed of Omar bin Hattab, and a few min walk to prophet's (pbuh) mosque. Some people left a comment about the stiffness of beds. But it is what we loved a lot about the room, they reminded me orthopedic beds. Also, i could relate the feeling with the comfort that our prophet had when he was sleeping on his bed. It is a very special feeling if you know the story of the prpphet's life. The reception staff was so kind: i had to go to Rawda and needed to have my child be taken care of as i was a sole traveller with a small kid. Abdulilaziz (i hope im not misspelling his name) was so considerete and undarstanding that agreed to look after him while i was visiting Rawda. I was so touched qith kindness and profeasionalism of the staff. This experience definitely was rewarding. We alao loved the gum with my son which is open 24/7. They had clean towels, bottles in there. The only suggestion would be to add some desinfecting wipes to use after the use of equipment. I wish and hope to be back here again. Plus, breakfasts were in a restaurant overlooking the Haram mosque with picteresque sunrise. It was unforgettable! May this place be blessed. "
