"very retty. front desk had checked me into a room, which was NOT what I resered. then rechecked me into another room. I was unclear the entire stay of where dining benefits could be used. They could get more help n these areas. Although friendly and could speak english well, they were clueless as to meeting reservations as not enough information for them apparently"

"Beautiful hotel that is conveniently located. Multiple food option in the hotel and they have a lobby bar. Staff were excellent. Our mini fridge wasn’t working and they had it swapped out in 10 minutes. Definitely touristy but definitely worth the stay!"

"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency ! "

"The stay was nice, location perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was ok nothing special (Americana breakfast review only). If you stay there be careful when laying down your head as a cement decorative ridge is perfect to hit the back of your head on. I have an egg on my head from doing that twice. The personnel ere all very kind. Overall nice place to stay."

"This hotel is elegant, historic, and very convenient for walking around Merida. The staff is outstanding. Ivan, who works in reception, is very attentive and helpful. Benjamin, Nelson and Gemer were very attentive for breakfast each morning. This hotel is unlike any other and the rooms are large, comfortable and many amenities are provided. "Very good experience - nice city hotel with friendly team. You get a nice view of the cathedral from the outside bar. The hotel were very responsive to our restaurant recommendation requests and organised us a private driver for a tour who we loved and was very affordable. The room and bathroom was small but fine if you’re out and about and everything was clean and comfy. Great location!"
