"This is a great property right on the beach. Perfect for our needs for our whole family (9 people) to get together for Christmas. Plenty of room and great cooking facilities to allow us to cook big meals. Nice to sit by the beach or enjoy the private pool area. Close to Progreso for all our grocery needs and easy to get to Merida, ruins and other Yucátan sights. Juan was a great host - there to greet us and very responsive. "

"We had an awesome time at this property the 2 sisters running the property were very accommodating and did what ever they could to make us as comfortable as possible. The place was nice and clean. there was 3 of us and we stayed with 3 others and we had lots of room. The pool was nice and cool for the hot days and for the days the beach was a little too wild.
