"I stayed here last year on the third floor and had a great experience, but last night was very different. The check-in process was wonderful, but the ground-floor room I stayed in had roaches, big and small. I woke up and found a 1-inch roach next to the light switch. I also found two tiny roaches on the bathroom floor and crawling on the nightstand next to the bed. My room was also next to the ice machine, and there appeared to be a crack on the bottom of the door because I could hear everything from outside. The room is out dated and the ground has a brown print on it but it just looks dirty. The walls are thin. I heard the person next door through the walls while he was in the restroom. I wont be staying here again unless they do a deep clean."
